Procedures

1. An applicant submits the necessary documents for applying License for Small and Medium Scale Fisheries Products Manufacturing to the State or Region Office of the Department of Fisheries.
2. The State or Region Office of the Department of Fisheries checks the submitted documents and if the documents are complete, License for Small and Medium Scale Fisheries Products Manufacturing shall be issued.

Remark

• This License shall be hold at Small and Medium Scale Fisheries Products Manufacturing Factories at the place where it can be seen easily.
• This License shall be shown to the regarding Officer during the inspection.
• It shall follow the instruction and regulation periodically issued by the Department of Fisheries and by existing laws of Government.
• This License Holder shall submit the completed list and information requested by the Department of Fisheries as necessary.
• Without approval from the Department of Fisheries, the License Holder shall follow strictly not to update the information shown in the License.
• This License shall be renewed at the Department of Fisheries within 30 days before the expiry date shown on the License.
• If there is no renewal process carried out during the specified period, the License shall be automatically cancelled at the expiry date. After the License is expired, if the business is still processing, it shall be enforced by law in realizing that business is continuing without License.
• If the business is temporarily stopped or abolished, it is required to inform the Department of Fisheries as soon as possible about the case and this License shall be returned back to the Department.
• It shall follow the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SSOP Guidelines specified by the member countries of ASEAN.
