Procedures

1. An applicant submits the necessary documents for applying Lease for Leasable Fisheries/Reserved Fisheries to the Township Office of the Department of Fisheries.
2. The Township Office of the Department of Fisheries checks the submitted documents and if the documents are completed, Grant for Leasable Fisheries (Form 3) shall be issued in accordance with the respective State or Region Fisheries Laws.
3. The Region or State Office of the Department of Fisheries shall also issue Lease Grant (Form 6) in accordance with the respective State or Region Fisheries Laws to the applicant.
