Application form for Commercial Hatchery License (Fish/Ornamental Fish) (Form c)

Procedures

1. An applicant submits the necessary documents for Commercial Hatchery License (Fish/Ornamental Fish) to the State or Region Office of the Department of Fisheries.
2. The State or Region Office of the Department of Fisheries checks the submitted documents and if the documents are complete, Commercial Hatchery License (Fish/Ornamental Fish) shall be issued in accordance with the Section 18 of Aquaculture Law.

Fees

Commercial Fees

• For Shrimp/Fish breeding and seed collection/ ornamental fish breeding 1000 kyats
• Ornamental Fish Collection     1500 kyat per township (for one Fishing Ground)

Others

• Penalties                                  2000 kyats per License

2 weeks if the submitted necessary documents are completed

Remark

The production of fish feed, import/export of fish feed for hatchery and breeding of ornamental fish and health certificate must be approved by Department of Fisheries.
